Wire Drawing:
Quality starts at this crucial initial stage of the fastener manufacturing cycle. We at Raj Industries consider this procedure to be important. With its remarkable capacity, our in-house wire drawing plant can draw up to 1200 tonnes of premium wire per month. To produce wires that satisfy the highest industry requirements, we carefully treat hard-rolled coils that we purchase from the most reliable vendors in India.
Forging:
Being one of the largest screw production facility in India, we take great pride in this fact. Modern imported machinery, ranging from single stations to multiple stations, is used for our activities. This makes it possible for us to manufacture fasteners that are accurate in their crafting and strong enough to satisfy your needs.
Thread Rolling:
We have made major investments in the most superior imported thread-rolling machinery to meet our substantial manufacturing capability. With the ability to manufacture a multitude of thread styles, these machines guarantee that our fasteners are adaptable and appropriate for a broad range of applications.
Heat Treatment:
Our first goal is making sure our fasteners are resilient and long-lasting. We have two completely automated, continuous heat treatment furnaces that are imported into our facility in order to do this. Even in the most difficult circumstances, these furnaces enable us to produce superior fasteners that meet and surpass all of our customers’ expectations.
Plating:
Our fasteners’ surface finish quality is just as crucial to their structural soundness. We run fully automated plating lines to meet this demand. These product lines include a range of coatings such as electropolishing of stainless steel and trivalent zinc chromate in various passivations. Delivering fasteners that look good and perform above and beyond is our commitment.
